Paycheck Protection Program

Parker Poe lawyers have significant experience helping clients navigate the Paycheck Protection Program. Congress created the program as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and added funding to it in subsequent COVID-19 relief packages.

The Paycheck Protection Program has provided billions of dollars in forgivable loans to qualifying small businesses, but having those loans forgiven requires careful monitoring of evolving guidance from the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Department of the Treasury

A wide variety of businesses across industries are relying on Parker Poe to navigate that guidance. We have a team of lawyers who are tracking all of this constantly and keeping clients informed.
