Bill Pappas practices in a wide range of business law and transactional issues. His clients include international and domestic manufacturing, life science, professional service, healthcare and non-profit business entities and financial institutions.

Mr. Pappas clerked for the Honorable Franklin T. Dupree, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and for United States Magistrate, Logan D. Howell.

Mr. Pappas also advises boards of directors, management, and board committees on corporate governance and related issues, and has been a Certificate Holder from the National Association of Corporate Directors’s Corporate Directors Institute since 2007.
