Aislinn Klos focuses her practice on representing companies in commercial litigation in federal courts, state courts, and arbitrations across the country. In particular, she has defended companies against consumer claims, breach of contract disputes, patent litigation, class actions, federal and state multidistrict litigation (MDL), including parallel MDLs requiring coordinated defenses in multiple courts, and also handles appeals. She additionally draws on her experience in federal courts nationally and in the Middle District of North Carolina to serve as local counsel for out-of-state counsel, helping them navigate local rules and practice that may differ from other courts.

Having served as a term law clerk for Judge Loretta C. Biggs of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina and for Judge James A. Wynn of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Aislinn has an abiding interest in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a love of good writing, and a practical take on what courts want from the parties before them.

Prior to joining Parker Poe, Aislinn was a litigation associate at one of the world’s 10 largest law firms. While at that firm, Aislinn defended a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in a six-month jury trial in New York state court. During those six months, she led a joint-defense group team handling over 1,000 trial exhibits, led daily exhibit exchanges with plaintiffs, prepared expert witnesses, and was the primary drafter for trial motions, including a critical motion to strike.

Aislinn received her law degree from Yale University, where she participated in the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and Yale Journal of Law and Feminism. She was also part of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and OutLaws. She received her bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, where she was a varsity fencer competing in women’s sabre.
