Amy Bower is a litigator and former federal prosecutor who represents clients at trial and on appeal. She litigates and investigates cases involving complex disputes across industries, including construction, healthcare, and financial services, and also defends businesses in government and internal investigations. She brings a unique perspective after five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina and eight years in private practice.

In her litigation practice, Amy advises clients on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution. She helps clients structure and negotiate agreements to minimize exposure and align with business goals. She assists with payment disputes, delay and scheduling issues, and complex commercial conflicts.

As a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of South Carolina, Amy focused on general crimes, including financial and healthcare fraud. She also served as the district's healthcare fraud coordinator and worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to create the Palmetto Health Care Fraud Task Force. Amy was also one of the prosectors for Operation Brace Yourself, an international health care fraud investigation that worked with the FBI and Health and Human Services to investigate a transnational kickback scheme.

Amy earned her law degree from the Charleston School of Law, where she was managing editor of the Charleston Law Review and a board member of Moot Court. She received multiple CALI awards, including in contracts, products liability, and commercial law. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado.
