Chad Lee focuses his practice on business litigation and white collar investigations. He has represented clients in a variety of contract disputes, RICO claims, corporate governance disputes, and enforcement actions. He has also represented large multinational corporations in investigations concerning alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the False Claims Act (FCA) in the pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and aerospace industries.

Chad also maintains an active pro bono practice representing indigent criminal defendants and other incarcerated individuals in federal and state court.

Prior to law school, Chad worked for a global consulting firm where he focused on financial regulatory compliance and related litigation. He leverages that experience to analyze damages and support internal and government-facing investigations.

Chad received his law degree from the University of Michigan, where he was an executive editor of the Michigan Law Review. He received a master's degree in economics from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University. After graduating from BYU, he also studied Chinese and economics at Nanjing University as a participant in a federally funded Chinese Flagship Program. He is fluent in Mandarin.
