Cade focuses his practice on mergers and acquisition, capital transactions, tax planning, and other business matters. He concentrates on the health care and life sciences industries, and his clients include major companies located throughout the United States and around the world.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Cade worked with one of the country’s 100 largest law firms. He earned his master's in taxation law from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Tennessee, where he concentrated in business transactions law at the Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law. Cade received his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech.
