Suzann has over 20 years of experience practicing education law. She focuses particularly on policy development, effective board governance, student issues, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
She is committed to developing strong relationships with public school districts and educational professionals to assist school districts with the demanding legal issues that affect them daily. Suzann uses her extensive background as a consultant and accomplished trainer covering all education matters, including Title IX, student rights, privacy, and policy and procedures.
Outside of her education law practice, Suzann has worked with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta to provide pro bono services to charities such as Wills for Heroes.
