DOL Releases Spanish-Language Versions of Health Care Reform Notices

This week the DOL released Spanish-language versions of the model notices required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, as amended. Employers with Spanish-speaking employees may use the model language provided when preparing Spanish versions of the required health care reform notices.

Spanish-language versions of the following notices are now available:

Health Coverage for Young Adults up to Age 26 - the model notice is available here.  
Grandfathered Health Plans - the model notice is available here.
