Scott Shail leads Parker Poe’s Financial Services industry team that serves international, national and regional financial institutions, borrowers and investors on all types of transactional, workout and litigation matters. His extensive experience representing financial institutions and other Fortune 500 companies as in-house counsel and in private practice make him a critical partner to his clients.

Scott gives back to Charlotte’s community by serving on the board of directors for Community School of the Arts. He also serves on the advisory board for Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business – Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance.
