Charlotte, NC – Parker Poe is pleased to announce that Scott Boulware has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and joins Parker Poe with over 25 years of experience as a professional financial, operational and strategic executive.

Mr. Boulware began his career with Price Waterhouse. He later held positions as Controller and CFO in the apparel and technology industries. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in financial accounting, international manufacturing operations, supply chain, human resources, property insurance and raising private equity.

Most recently, Mr. Boulware served as the Fractional CFO for several companies providing financial and operational leadership to high growth businesses in a variety of industries. Mr. Boulware is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served on a variety of nonprofit boards in Charlotte. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer for the organization Let Me Run.
