Charlotte attorneys Jonathan Crotty and Sarah Douglas wrote a guest column in Law360 about the conflicting laws employers face as more states legalize marijuana.

"On the one hand, a state legislature legalizes (and taxes) marijuana for medical or recreational purposes," they write.
