Todd Haynie focuses his transactional work in commercial lending and real estate. He has represented both major lending institutions and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including construction and permanent real estate loans, asset-based loans, and loan workouts and restructurings. He also provides general real estate advice to clients on a variety of acquisition and development projects.

Todd uses his understanding of the finance and real estate industry to make a difference in the Midlands community as well. He is the regional vice chair of the Urban Land Institute, which works to create and sustain thriving communities through the responsible use of land. He has served on the Urban Land Institute’s Midlands Advisory Board since 2016.
