Jonathan Crotty was quoted in an article from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) about a company's meat-free policy.
Jonathan, who has previously written about the WeWork policy against serving meat at company events, told SHRM that the policy is legal. But he said he doubted other employers would follow suit.
"It's so hard to find qualified employees to begin with now, putting in something that might not be popular would be difficult," Jonathan said.
