The Institute, formerly known as the Tax and Securities Law Institute, is organized by the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

At Parker Poe, Tyler practices in the areas of both public and business finance as well as government and public policy. He has a particular focus on new markets tax credits and Opportunity Zones.

Charleston partner Michael Larsen is chairing a panel discussion at The Institute on advanced tax reissuance topics. His panel will break down the consequences of the termination of LIBOR, considerations relating to “Cinderella bonds,” and recent guidance from the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. At Parker Poe, Michael focuses his practice on the tax issues related to public finance transactions.
