Charlotte, N.C. – A team of attorneys at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP assisted the world’s leading cloud software company powering social good – Blackbaud – with its recent $157 million acquisition of YourCause™, another software provider focused on enterprise philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and employee engagement technology.
