Sarah Hutchins and Alli Davidson presented at the Justice William Bobbitt Inn of Court on the intersection of data and business litigation. Along with Clark Walton, the principal forensics and cybersecurity expert for Reliance Forensics, Sarah and Alli reviewed how data is being used in companies, how lawyers and companies can best protect themselves against data misuse, data review rights, and how to best preserve data in daily practice and in litigation. Her presentation included discussion of ethical opinions and issues surrounding use of confidential information and data in discovery.
