Brian Cromwell presented at the American Bar Association's National Institute on White Collar Crime in New Orleans. Brian and his fellow panelists addressed the dilemma presented by an inflexible plea offer and proposed strategies for taking specific cases to trial under those circumstances. Brian also gave practical tips for jury selection, cross examination of cooperating witnesses and experts, and closing statements.
This year was the 33rd annual edition of the ABA's National Institute on White Collar Crime. It brings together approximately 1,000 national leaders in the prosecution and defense of white collar crime.
