Scott Manning, Tyler Smith, and Jeff Morris presented at Parker Poe's Tax Forum in Raleigh and Charlotte on the new Opportunity Zone program and the various means by which many may participate and benefit. 

They provided a brief overview of how Opportunity Zones work, detailed where regulations currently stand and what's missing, and explained how investors, developers, and other project sponsors can take advantage of the program.
