Catharine Arrowood moderated a panel at a program called Bringing the Big Picture to the Private Company Boardroom Directors' College, hosted by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Research Triangle Chapter. Catharine led a discussion on how to prepare for and foster a positive board culture. 

Bill Pappas also moderated a panel at the NACD Research Triangle Chapter program. His panel discussed the key considerations for directors in governing effectively.
