Bill Pappas moderated a panel at a program called Bringing the Big Picture to the Private Company Boardroom Directors' College, hosted by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Research Triangle Chapter. Bill led a discussion on the key considerations for directors in governing effectively. 

Catharine Arrowood also moderated a panel at the NACD Research Triangle Chapter program. Her panel discussed how to foster a positive board culture.
