Greenville, S.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Tim St. Clair and Kevin Dunlap were selected by their peers as among the “Legal Elite of the Upstate” for 2019.

Each year, Greenville Business Magazine asks all the attorneys in the Upstate who the top lawyers are across a variety of practice areas. Attorneys are not allowed to vote for themselves. The winners are drawn from a pool of peer-nominated candidates and regarded as among the best in their fields.

Tim St. Clair was named Legal Elite for intellectual property and innovation. He is a registered patent attorney who focuses exclusively on the protection, commercialization, and litigation of intellectual property. He represents clients nationally and internationally in preparing and pursuing patents and trademark registrations.

Kevin Dunlap was named Legal Elite for education. He was also named the top attorney for environmental law this year in the Greenville/Spartanburg area by The Best Lawyers in America. He has acted as lead counsel in numerous trials and hearings for more than 30 years in South Carolina state and federal courts and has argued before the South Carolina Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has handled multiple cases with extensive publicity involving hundreds of news articles.
