Sarah Hutchins presented at the Mecklenburg County Bar's seventh annual North Carolina Business Court CLE. She and Benjamin Chesson of Nelson Mullins explained how forensic examination of digital devices is playing an increasingly important role in business litigation. 

Sarah discussed how clients can best secure their own forensic evidence, how to handle metadata, and other aspects of forensic discovery. She also examined recent rulings in this area.
