Al Guarnieri took part in a video interview with SupplyChainBrain on how the coronavirus pandemic has impacted manufacturers in the short, medium, and long term.

He discussed how companies are shifting into "more action rather than reaction" as the pandemic moves along. He gave examples of how some manufacturers are adjusting, including in how they source their materials and how they address risks in their contracts. He touched on force majeure clauses, tariffs, and other key considerations for manufacturers as well.
