Jonathan Crotty was quoted in a Charlotte Business Journal article about more health care employers requiring COVID-19 vaccinations for their employees. 

"The legal analysis is pretty easy. It becomes more of an HR or employee relations issue," Jonathan explained. "The employers that are talking to their employees and are reaching out to them before they put a policy into place and having pretty open, frank discussions with their people are the ones that I think are going to ... avoid surprises."

Jonathan noted that health care employers must balance overall safety with the risk of losing positions needed to care for the community.
