Hunter Technical Resources is a privately held company based in Atlanta, and Cognizant is one of the world’s largest digital engineering firms.

The Parker Poe team that worked on the deal included Charlotte associate Noah Ganz and Charleston associate Olivia Daly. Parker Poe advised Hunter Technical Resources on all aspects of the deal, including its negotiation and closing.
