Raleigh, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Tiffany Burba is serving as an adjunct professor at Campbell Law School in downtown Raleigh. She is teaching a course on software licensing, technology contracts, and data privacy this semester.
The course will provide practical, hands-on contract drafting and negotiation skills to help prepare students for a transactional practice. Tiffany will also teach about privacy laws affecting commercial contracts. She will incorporate real-world experiences from her practice as part of Parker Poe’s Technology Industry Team. The course runs from January to May.
At Parker Poe, Tiffany helps clients negotiate technology contracts and protect their intellectual property rights. She is a leader in North Carolina’s intellectual property community, serving on the council of the N.C. Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section. Tiffany has particular experience at the intersection of intellectual property and technology, including drafting and negotiating hundreds of contracts involving cloud software, data sharing, cybersecurity consulting, and other areas.
