Parker Poe's Business Litigation Practice is pleased to host its 4th Annual Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review. This annual event provides in-house counsel with an overview of complex commercial litigation from the previous year and important trends from business courts in N.C. and S.C. Attendees will again hear commentary on these trends and cases from judges seated in both states and have an opportunity for Q&A with the judges.
We will review 2021 cybersecurity trends and security breaches and provide attendees with takeaways to share with their company's data security teams focusing on the litigation and regulatory risk of a security incident. This segment has been submitted for approval for one hour of CLE technology credit.
This year invitees have the option of attending in-person in North Carolina at our office in Charlotte, in-person in South Carolina at the Charleston Tech Center, or online via Zoom. Please note important instructions, including safety protocols for in-person attendance on the respective registration pages.
Attendees will receive a total of 3 hours of CLE credit (pending approval) including the 1 hour of Technology noted above.
An agenda of the morning and further contact information can be found on the registration pages:
