Raleigh, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Camden Betz has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as a partner. He strengthens Parker Poe’s Development Services Industry Team, which helps clients navigate the entire life cycle of commercial real estate projects.
Camden has advised developers and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions in North Carolina and across the United States worth a total of more than $3.5 billion. He counsels on the financing, acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and management of commercial properties. He has substantial experience with hotels, shopping centers, multifamily developments, office buildings, educational facilities, master planned communities, and mixed-use projects. He also regularly represents tenants and landlords in the negotiation of retail, general office, medical office, lab, industrial, warehouse, and ground leases.
