Washington, D.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce its representation of CyberPoint3 Holdings, LLC, owned by Cyber Capital Partners, in its acquisition of advanced cybersecurity companies Point3 Security, Inc. and P3F LLC. Through this acquisition of two leaders in the US national security community, Cyber Capital Partners adds new cybersecurity capabilities to its technology portfolio.

Parker Poe Counsel Steve Britt served as legal advisor to CyberPoint3 on all aspects of the acquisition. He represented the buyer in the negotiation and drafting of all transaction agreements, including purchase agreements, promissory notes, employment agreements, noncompete agreements and stock pledge agreements.
