Sam Moses, partner in the corporate and economic development practices at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, is named a 2022 “Icon” by the Columbia Regional Business Report. Sam is one of 36 honorees being recognized. The 18 “Icons” are selected for being established leaders in their region through business success and community involvement.
The business report honored people who are making an impact on the area business scene: Icons, the respected pillars who have established standards of business and civic excellence; and Phenoms, the motivated go-getters who are getting things done in new and exciting ways.
“It’s an honor to be recognized alongside so many prominent business people and friends that worked to help build a strong global brand for the Midlands Region and South Carolina,” said Sam.
The fourth class of Icons & Phenoms honors individuals from various industries, from nonprofits to legal to real estate. Award recipients were nominated by Business Report readers and selected by a panel of judges.
Sam was honored at the July 2022 Icons & Phenoms recognition luncheon.
Sam has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Columbia Business Monthly’s Top Attorney, and “Legal Elite” in International Law and Corporate Law. Sam is a member of the South Carolina I-77 Alliance Board of Directors, South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association, and Palmetto Partners and is the Co-Founder of the Global Carolina Connections Conference.
