With this designation, Robert verifies he has met the rigorous experience and knowledge requirements and distinguishes himself as a leader in the privacy law industry.

Robert helps clients navigate data privacy and security issues across industries and assists with developing privacy policies, responding to security incidents, and implementing data governance programs. Robert is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), IAPP Certified Information Privacy Practitioner/ U.S. (CIPP/US), and Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner.
The Privacy Law Specialist certification is administered by the International Association of Privacy Professionals and accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA), which marks the 15 legal specialty accredited by this institution. The credential is available to attorneys admitted to a U.S. state bar who pass the CIPP/US exam, as well as either the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) or the CIPT programs.
