The CIPP/US is the global industry standard for data privacy professionals. This certification demonstrates Tiffany’s understanding of a principal-based framework and knowledge base in information privacy within the U.S.
Tiffany adds to the growing roster of IAPP-certified professionals in Parker Poe’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice. Tiffany helps businesses with a broad aspect of technology-related issues, with a focus on intellectual property and data privacy. She has drafted and negotiated over one thousand contracts involving cloud software, data sharing, cybersecurity consulting, and other issues relating to intellectual property rights.
