Beth Morris recently presented at Georgia Charter Schools Association 2023 Annual Conference. Beth reviewed the different types of dispute resolution in the special education process, and how to respond to when you receive notice of a formal challenge, as well as the tools available to help avoid escalation of often minor disagreements.
Beth represents school districts in Georgia and focuses her practice on issues involving children with disabilities. Her practice has included state and federal litigation, personnel matters, transactional matters, and administrative complaints involving the Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
