Sarah Hutchins and Robert Botkin recently presented a webinar for the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC).

They answered questions related to auto dealer obligations under state data privacy and security laws, as well as under the Gramm Leach Bliley act with respect to privacy notices, cookie usage, and mitigating website related legal risk. Sarah and Robert provided an overview of these laws generally and outlined key considerations for compliance.
