On April 25, 2023, Steve Weber presented "Evolution of Environmental Justice at the State and Federal Levels" to a group of legal professionals. The one-hour CLE session gave an overview of the history and development of environmental justice and discussed the current state of the justice landscape at both the federal and state levels.
