Sarah Hutchins presented at the Federal Bar Association “Ten Ways to Win at Trial” CLE on May 19. During the presentation, Sarah demonstrated a mock cross-examination of a witness for legal professionals.
Sarah is a seasoned litigation, and helps clients navigate business litigation, government investigations, and data privacy and cybersecurity.
Following the CLE, Sarah attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the Charles R. Jonas Federal Building, the new federal courthouse in Charlotte, NC. The ceremony featured the Charlotte Youth Choir, the firing of ceremonial muskets, and remarks by U.S. Senator Thom Tillis, U.S. Representative Alma Adams, Chief Judge Roger Gregory, Chief Judge Martin Reidinger, Judge Frank Whitney, and Judge Robert Conrad.
