On June 15, Katherine Ross participated in the NC Clean Energy Technology Center’s third webinar series “Misconceptions in Solar.” This webinar focused on misconceptions relating to solar policies and financial investments.
Katherine and the other speakers offered their own examples of common misconceptions they have encountered from various vantage points within the solar industry and how they go about providing factual information to their clients and the public.
Katherine is an accomplished renewable energy and environmental lawyer who advises clients on their transactional, regulatory, and contractual needs. She leads Parker Poe’s Energy Industry Team.
The NC Clean Energy Technology Center, as part of the College of Engineering at N.C. State University, works closely with state and local government and the renewable energy industry. It serves as a resource for innovative, green energy technologies through demonstration, technical assistance, education, outreach, and training.
