Andy Tabeling moderated a panel February 1 as part of the North Carolina Bar Association’s 2024 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section Program in Cary, NC.
Andy’s panel was comprised of sitting Business Court judges who offered their perspectives about practicing before the court.
The panel is frequently regarded as a highlight of the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section annual CLE.
Parker Poe’s Shalanna Pirtle also participated in the CLE. She spoke on a panel that discussed what litigators can do to be better allies to their colleagues and peers in the practice area.
The NCBA’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section serves lawyers who concentrate on antitrust and trade regulation, as well as complex business litigation such as class actions.
