Debbie led a conversation about trends in mediation and other emerging legal issues arising from the bench.

The Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review in Charlotte also included Parker Poe attorneys providing a review of significant business cases from 2023, privilege issues in North Carolina, and updates on noncompetes and no-poach agreements.
