Chris provided an overview of restrictive covenants, including non-competes and no-poach agreements in North Carolina and discussed proposed rules and legislation from 2023. He provided practical takeaways for businesses when it comes to the North Carolina framework of restrictive covenants and noncompetes.
The Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review also included Parker Poe attorneys discussing the importance for businesses to communicate between departments about legal and technology initiatives, as well as a question-and-answer session with a retired North Carolina Business Court judge.
