Charlotte, NC — Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Hutchins has been named president of the Mecklenburg Bar Foundation board of directors. Parker Poe attorney Coker Holmes was also named as a member of the foundation’s board. Their terms became effective July 1.
As a sister organization to the Mecklenburg County Bar, the foundation is a nonprofit that aims to advance the public understanding for the rule of law and the role of the legal profession. The foundation also supports the charitable and educational goals of the Bar.
Sarah has been on the Mecklenburg Bar Foundation’s board since 2017. She has also served on the board of directors for the Mecklenburg County Bar itself.
As an experienced litigator at Parker Poe, Sarah leads the firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Team.
Coker Holmes is an attorney who focuses his practice on business litigation.
