Traci Bransford moderated a panel about how social media content creators can protect their brand during the Playing by the Rules Intellectual Property Symposium at Spelman College.

Traci led a discussion with Spelman College and Morehouse College students about licensing rights, exclusivity clauses, and ownership terms to provide creators with the legal vocabulary necessary for navigating and negotiating endorsement and brand ambassador agreements and for managing the social media influencer landscape.

The symposium is hosted in collaboration with the Spelman Sports and Entertainment Collective and is catered toward intellectual property in sports and entertainment.
