Kevin Marshall Bolsters Parker Poe's Business Litigation Team

Charlotte, NC – Kevin Marshall has joined Parker Poe as counsel in the firm’s Charlotte office. Kevin will focus on business litigation and construction.

He has a wide range of experience resolving disputes for clients through jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations. This includes assisting construction clients with lien claims and construction disputes, insurance coverage, construction defects, water intrusion issues, breach of contract issues, as well as business organization and licensing conflicts.

"Kevin’s extensive trial experience, coupled with his practical approach to solving disputes, is unique and something that our clients value," said Russell Killen, a Raleigh partner who serves on the firm’s board of directors. "Kevin is a talented litigator, and we are fortunate to add him to our Business Litigation Team."

Kevin joins Parker Poe from Johnston Allison Hord. He received his law degree from Duquesne University and his master's and bachelor's degrees from Lehigh University.
