Atlanta Office Development Partner Ellen Smith explained that the city's continued growth and the firm's trajectory are in alignment, "and that's no accident."

While the firm has expanded quickly, the article said it has remained discerning about recruiting and hiring to protect its culture. The article also discussed the design of Parker Poe's Midtown space, including that everyone has an office.
"We don't have cubicles, so whether you're a legal professional assistant, a billing specialist or equity partner, everyone has an office with a door, standing desks and really just [a] design focused on wellness of employees and culture of the firm to spark interaction and collaboration," Ellen said.
Christian Torgrimson, an Atlanta partner who serves on Parker Poe's board of directors, emphasized the firm's continued focus on the Atlanta legal market as part of its overall strategy.
