Dena King will address the shifting landscape of Department of Justice (DOJ) white collar enforcement, including the impact of the creation of the National Fraud Enforcement Division (NFED), during the American Bar Association's 12th annual Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute.

The roundtable will be comprised of former U.S. Attorneys who will also discuss high-level policy transitions and white collar civil and criminal cases, including those related to healthcare fraud, prediction market insider trading, and investigations into pediatric gender-affirming care. They will also provide insights on how corporate compliance and defense strategies have been shifted by whistleblower programs and False Claims Act cases.

The American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section’s Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute is considered the go-to regional program for professionals who work in the defense, prosecution, and adjudication of complex white collar criminal cases.
