RALEIGH, NC – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Tiffany Burba graduated from the Raleigh Chamber Emerging Leaders program. The Emerging Leaders program is an interactive mentorship program designed for high-performing professionals and future leaders to enhance their management skills. Over the course of several months, program participants connected with like-minded peers and Raleigh-based executives in a series of networking and learning opportunities.
Tiffany helps clients negotiate technology contracts and protect their intellectual property rights. Tiffany frequently handles matters related to software, cloud services, data sharing, and cybersecurity consulting. She has also counseled national companies on compliance with international, federal, and state data privacy regulations.
In addition, Tiffany Burba serves on the leadership council of the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Intellectual Property Law Section and was recently named Intellectual Property Section Member of the Year for 2021-2022 by the NCBA.
