Jason, Sarah, Jenna, and Morgan’s clients and peers have deemed them “among the top young talent in their respective litigation communities,” according to Benchmark Litigation. The publication assembles the list based on extensive interviews with in-house counsel and leading litigators.
Jason Herndon is a partner in Parker Poe’s Raleigh office, and he concentrates his practice primarily on construction law. His clients consist of a diverse group of industry participants that include design professionals, public utilities, regional and national contractors, municipalities, private project owners, and construction sureties. Jason has also been selected for the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards.
Sarah Hutchins is a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office. She helps clients navigate business litigation, government investigations, and data privacy. She has a particularly deep understanding of the digital aspects of business litigation, which allows her to assist clients in quickly tracing a digital trail and isolating key material. Sarah has also been selected for the Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards.
Jenna McGee is a partner in Charleston who leads the firm's Construction and Real Estate Disputes Group. She has served as trial counsel for companies in federal and state court proceedings, defended a wide variety of companies in regulatory actions, and conducted a number of internal investigations on behalf of clients. Jenna has also been selected for the Charleston Regional Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards.
Morgan Rogers is a partner in Charlotte who represents a broad spectrum of clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including settlement, preliminary motions to dispose of the case, trial, and appeal. He has particular experience resolving disputes in the real estate industry, including disputes related to construction. Morgan also uses the lessons learned from his litigation practice to advise real estate clients on transactions.
