Charleston, S.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that the firm is now the exclusive South Carolina member of the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), the world’s largest network of employment, labor, and immigration lawyers. The ELA is a highly selective alliance of law firms with top notch management side employment and labor practices. The ELA has member firms in all U.S. jurisdictions and in more than 100 countries around the world. While the ELA’s central focus is employment and labor law, most ELA member firms are full service firms like Parker Poe.

Parker Poe was a founding member of the ELA 20 years ago and continues to serve as its exclusive North Carolina member today. The firm’s selection to cover South Carolina as well expands Parker Poe’s ability to serve clients with multistate and international needs and cements its position as a go-to resource for employment and immigration matters.

“Parker Poe has been an integral member of the ELA since our founding,” ELA CEO Stephen J. Hirschfeld says. “Our clients have benefited from the firm’s responsive and problem-solving approach in North Carolina, and we are delighted to now have Parker Poe as our exclusive representative in South Carolina.”

Parker Poe’s clients benefit from the ELA through the relationships the firm has built with experienced counsel across the United States and around the world. The firm routinely partners with other ELA members to help businesses navigate the local nuances of various jurisdictions. In addition, other ELA members and their clients turn to Parker Poe for legal solutions in the Carolinas.
