Elizabeth Trenary of Parker Poe and Kevin Hensley of Sonic Automotive presented in a webinar to the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Charlotte Chapter. • Creating and updating playbooks and checklists for efficient and consistent contract negotiation.
• Systems and methods for better contract management, including technology solutions.
