Steve Weber presented in a webinar to the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Charlotte Chapter. He provided a basic framework for environmental due diligence, explained how the results of due diligence need to be addressed in business agreements, and offered examples of how drafting environmental provisions can go wrong. He highlighted:

• Pitfalls in due diligence and transitioning due diligence to agreement drafting. 
• Importance of continuing obligations and what not to do.
• Litigation examples that teach us drafting lessons.
